The purpose of the Foundation is to provide sailing instruction for the young people of the Treasure Coast.
Sailing instructions are given at a site provided by the City of Fort Pierce, at Jaycee Park, on South Hutchinson Island
Instructions are given by certified instructors
All Foundation personnel acting in a supervisory or instructional capacity are given a background check prior to any involvement with the students.
